Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shivangan Publication, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy.

1. Physical Products (Books & Printed Study Material)

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong products, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement.

No refund will be initiated unless the item is out of stock or not delivered.

2. Digital Products (Courses, PDFs, Test Series, Video Classes)

No refunds shall be provided for digital products once purchased and accessed (downloaded, streamed, or viewed).

Please review the demo, curriculum, or sample content before making a purchase.

In case of a failed payment or technical issue, you can reach us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

3. Online Courses / Test Series

Once purchased, online test series or coaching videos cannot be refunded.

If you face technical issues with access, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only by contacting our support team.

Orders for online courses once placed cannot be cancelled.
